There are a number of reasons why your cookie may not be set properly. (Why cookies?)

Please try the following:

Close all browsers and try again.
Verify that the date, time, and time zone on your computer are correct.
Verify that your virus protection software and firewall are set to allow cookies.
Make sure your browser is set to allow cookies.

Internet Explorer version 6 and above

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. If the security level is set to Block All Cookies, you can change it to another setting (we recommend Medium). If the security level is set to Custom, click on Advanced and then on the Accept radio button under First-party cookies. Then click OK.
4. Click OK.
An alternative is to simply select "Allow Cookies for this Site only".

Firefox 3.x

1. On the Tools menu, select Options.
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. Check the box that says "Accept cookies from sites" or select "Remember History" from the 'Firefox will' dropdown.
4. Click OK.

Safari 3 and above

1. Click the Safari menu
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click Security.
4. Select "Always" from the 'Accept Cookies' section.

Chrome 3.x

1. Click "Customize and Control Google Chrome."
2. Click Options.
3. Click the Under the Hood tab.
4. Select "Allow All Cookies" from the 'Cookie Settings' dropdown.

Internet Explorer version 5.x and below

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. If the security level is set to Custom, you can change it to another setting (we recommend Medium) or click the Custom Level... button. Then, under Cookies, click Enable for both options.
4. Click OK.

Netscape Version 6.x

1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
2. Click the Privacy & Security, and then Cookies. If you can't see Cookies directly under Privacy and Security, try either clicking the triangle to the left of Privacy & Security or double clicking on Privacy and Security
3. Click on Enable All Cookies.
4. Click OK.
